Application

The PCB Separator is suitable for V-cut PCB(Printed Circuit Board), LED Aluminum plate/LED strip/LED light bar, and Fiberglass panel/sheet.

Available PCB thickness: from 0.2mm to 3.2 mm

Available V-cut thickness: from 0.2mm to 2.0mm

Maximun board length: 1300mm(YS-805D)

Features

1. Coutrolled by microcomputer program, it can cut board accurately with no error.
2. Adjustable blade moving speed : 300mm/s or 500mm/s. As per customers' need, certain speed can be set.
3. Upper blade can be adjuable between 0 and 2mm to meet different thickness of PCB and V-cut.
4. Operation platform can be adjustable higher and lower between 0 and 50mm.
5. Different machines for different length PCB, PCB lenght from 0-1300mm
6. Available board thickness: 0-3.2mm . V-groove thickness:0-2mm
7. Pre-set the cutting start and end point to well control the cutting length.
8. The blades are sharp and indurable. And they can be sharpened between 7 and 10 times.
9. Minimize the shearing stress to avoid micro-cracks of the solder joints.

Principle

Fix cutting beginning and ending point, upper circular blade moves and cuts against the lower linear blade to seprate the board into several units. There is no stress to board, so no damage to boards and electornic components.

How to choose a suitable machine?

According to the PCB length, you can choose a suitable machine model.

For cutting PCB that is shorter than 430mm, YS-805A is enough.

For cutting PCB that is shorter than 630mm, YS-805B is OK.

For cutting PCB that is shorter than 900mm, YS-805C is OK.

For cutting PCB that is shorter than 1300mm, YS-805D is OK.
